This policy explains how DocVites collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our sites, join the prelaunch list, contact us, or buy our products.

We do not ask for health information. Please do not send medical details to us.

Payments are processed by third-party processors. We do not store full payment card numbers. Shipping is handled by fulfillment and carrier partners. They receive your name, address, and contact details to deliver orders and updates.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy and as required by law, to resolve disputes, and to keep business records. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

California notice: We collect identifiers, commercial information, internet/network activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and similar laws: You may have the rights listed above. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with Appeal in the subject line.

EU/UK residents: You have rights under GDPR and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. International data transfers

We may transfer, store, and process information in countries other than where you live. For transfers from the EU/EEA, Switzerland, or the UK to countries without the same level of protection, we use approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and required transfer assessments.
