Shipping & Returns

This page explains how we process and ship your orders, estimated delivery timelines, costs, tracking, and how returns work. If something isn’t right with your delivery, we’ll help make it right.

Order processing times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday by 12:00 PM local warehouse time typically ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
  • During peak periods (sales or holidays), processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.

Shipping methods & carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your order quickly and safely.

  • Standard: economical ground service.
  • Expedited: faster delivery options at checkout when available.
  • Overnight: limited availability; rates shown at checkout.

Available services vary by destination and cart contents.

Delivery estimates

Estimated transit time after an order ships:

  • Domestic (Standard): 3–7 business days
  • Domestic (Expedited): 2–3 business days
  • Domestic (Overnight): 1 business day
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and local carrier handling

Remote locations or weather events may extend timelines.

Shipping costs & free shipping

  • Live rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions; eligibility will be shown at checkout.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable except for carrier error or product defect.

Order tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.

Address changes & holds

  • If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We’ll attempt to modify it if the order hasn’t shipped.
  • Once in transit, rerouting or holds may not be possible and/or may incur carrier fees.

International shipping & duties

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees collected by the destination country.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices unless stated.
  • Customs processing can add time to delivery estimates.

Shipping restrictions

  • Some items may be unavailable in certain regions due to regulations.
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders where prohibited.
  • Orders with suspicious activity may be canceled and refunded.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

Delivery to PO Boxes and military addresses is supported for select services. Transit times may be longer and certain expedited options may be unavailable.

Failed deliveries & return to sender

  • If a package is returned as undeliverable (invalid address, unclaimed, etc.), we’ll contact you with options.
  • Reshipment may require an updated address and additional shipping fees.
  • If you prefer a refund, original shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Preorders & backorders

  • Items on preorder/backorder will ship as soon as they are available.
  • Orders containing in-stock and preorder items may ship separately; you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Holiday & peak season notes

Carrier networks can experience delays during holidays or severe weather. Please allow extra time and place orders early to meet specific dates.

Returns overview

Returns follow our Return & Refund Policy. In short: unopened items in original condition are eligible within 30 days, and one opened bottle per product is eligible under our First Purchase Satisfaction option.

How to start a return

Email support@docvites.com or use the Contact page and include:

  • Full name and email
  • Order number
  • Product name and lot number
  • Condition (unopened or opened under First Purchase Satisfaction)
  • Reason for return + photos if damaged/incorrect

Refund timelines

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected.
  • Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after delivery to our facility; banks may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Exchanges

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we can ship a replacement or issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
