Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about every DocVites purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

What is covered

  • Purchases made on docvites.com or through DocVites Customer Care
  • Products in original condition
  • First time taste or satisfaction concerns on one opened bottle per product

If you purchased from another retailer, please contact that store directly and follow its policy.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Condition of items

  • Unopened items must be in original packaging with safety seal intact.
  • First Purchase Satisfaction: for your first purchase of any specific product, one opened bottle is eligible for a refund if you are not satisfied. Additional opened units of the same product are not eligible.

Items that are not returnable

  • Free gifts, samples, and promotional bonus items
  • Final sale items when noted on the product page
  • Gift cards
  • Products that are expired, relabeled, or damaged due to improper storage
  • Items not purchased from DocVites directly

How to start a return

Email support@docvites.com or use the Contact page and include:

  • Full name and email
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Lot number from the bottle
  • Whether the item is unopened or opened under the First Purchase Satisfaction option
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if your item arrived damaged or incorrect

We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization and the correct return address. Please do not ship a return until you receive the RMA.

Return shipping

  • If we made a mistake or your order arrived damaged, we provide a prepaid label or a replacement at no cost.
  • For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable method.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
  • Typical processing time: 3 to 5 business days after delivery to our facility. Your bank may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the credit.
  • Original shipping charges are refundable only if we made an error or the product was defective.
  • If a return is missing items or arrives ineligible, we will contact you with options. Ineligible returns may be refused or refunded at a partial amount.

Exchanges

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we can ship a replacement or issue a refund. Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with a carrier trace and next steps.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next charge date from your account page. Orders that have already processed or shipped follow the standard return policy above.

Gifts

  • If the order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can provide a gift credit after we receive the return.
  • If the gift giver placed the order to their own address, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

International orders

At this time, prepaid return labels are not available for international returns. Refunds will exclude original shipping, duties, and taxes. You may be able to request a duties or tax refund from your local customs office.

Quality and safety

To protect product integrity, we cannot restock opened supplements except under the First Purchase Satisfaction option described above.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as needed. The version posted on docvites.com at the time of your request will apply to your return.
