1. About DocVites

DocVites sells premium organic vitamins and related products. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean DOCVITES, LLC, 15B Baynard Park, Newnan, GA 30265.

2. Privacy

• We ship to the address you provide. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier scans the package as delivered.
• If a package is marked delivered but missing, contact us within 7 days so we can assist.

19. Governing law and dispute resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
• Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The venue will be Fulton County, Georgia, unless the rules require an alternative location or remote proceedings.
• Class actions are not allowed. You and DocVites agree to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis only.
• You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days after you first accept these Terms by sending a written notice with your name, your email address, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration to support@docvites.com. If you opt out, you agree that Georgia courts located in Fulton County will have exclusive jurisdiction.

20. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, for any reason, and without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

21. Changes to the site and to these Terms

We may update the site and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

22. Miscellaneous

• If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
